Iris Clothings Limited has announced its 14th Annual General Meeting for FY 2024-25 will be held on Tuesday, 16th September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. The electronic AGM Notice and Annual Report were emailed to all members on 21st August 2025. The Register of Members will remain closed from 10th to 16th September 2025 (both days inclusive). Remote e-voting through CDSL will be open from 13th September (9:00 am) to 15th September 2025 (5:00 pm), with the cut-off date for eligibility set as 9th September 2025.
