Iris Clothings Limited reported strong FY26 results with total income of Rs 19,117.68 Lakhs, up 30% from Rs 14,657.93 Lakhs in FY25. Net profit (PAT) grew to Rs 1,619.24 Lakhs from Rs 1,312.23 Lakhs, an increase of about 23%. For Q4 alone, the company posted total income of Rs 6,070.70 Lakhs and PAT of Rs 643.34 Lakhs, both significantly higher than Q4 FY25. The company raised Rs 4,758.28 Lakhs via a rights issue of 1.36 crore shares at Rs 35 each in April 2025, and later issued bonus shares in 1:1 ratio in July 2025. EPS for FY26 stands at Rs 0.85 per share (face value Rs 2), compared to Rs 0.80 in the prior year.
The 30% revenue growth and 23% profit growth reflect healthy operational performance, though the EPS increase is modest due to the expanded share capital from the rights issue and bonus shares. Shareholders should note the doubled share count when evaluating per-share metrics.
