IRIS RegTech, India's only listed RegTech/SupTech company, reported FY26 total revenue of ₹13,821 lakhs, up 23% YoY from ₹11,219 lakhs. However, EBITDA declined 8% to ₹1,981 lakhs with margins contracting to 14% from 19% in FY25, a drop of 482 basis points. PAT grew modest 4% to ₹1,416 lakhs. SupTech segment showed strong performance with revenue up 23% and EBITDA up 47%, but RegTech EBITDA fell sharply from ₹1,720 lakhs to ₹879 lakhs, and DataTech EBITDA collapsed from ₹275 lakhs to ₹7 lakhs. Recurring revenue grew 22% to ₹6,942 lakhs. The company operates across 55+ countries serving 30+ regulators.
The mixed results show revenue growth momentum but significant margin pressure, particularly in the RegTech segment. The strong SupTech growth is positive, but investors will likely focus on the EBITDA margin decline and the company's ability to restore profitability in underperforming segments.
