IRM Energy reported strong FY26 results with revenue growing 9.4% YoY to Rs 1,067 crore, driven by 21% volume growth in CNG segment (total volume 223.67 mmscm). EBITDA rose 16.5% to Rs 112.25 crore with margin expanding 65 bps to 10.5%. PAT grew 17.7% to Rs 53.2 crore. Q4FY26 showed even stronger momentum with EBITDA up 73% YoY and PAT up 190% YoY. The company maintained a net cash position of Rs 170 crore with Debt-Equity ratio improving sharply to 0.07x from 0.15x in FY25. Network expansion continues with 150 CNG stations (+35% YoY) and 83,262 domestic PNG connections (+11% YoY). The company has spent Rs 1,024 crore cumulative capex with Rs 184 crore spent in FY26.
Strong margin expansion and debt reduction indicate operational leverage kicking in as the CGD network matures. Volume-led growth and improving cash generation signal a healthy trajectory ahead for shareholders.
