Ironwood Education Ltd has submitted the Scrutinizer's Report on postal ballot voting results conducted through remote e-voting between February 24 and March 25, 2026. Two resolutions were put to vote: (1) Appointment of Mr. Rohit Lal (DIN: 08535306) as Independent Director, passed as a Special Resolution with 1,149,457 votes (100%) in favour from 54 members. (2) Appointment of Ms. Vedika Akhilesh Chaubey (DIN: 83098292) as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, passed as an Ordinary Resolution with 9,203,081 votes (100%) in favour from 52 members. Sonali Gamne & Associates acted as the Scrutinizer. Both resolutions were passed with the requisite majority and negligible opposition (10 and 20 votes against respectively).
Two new directors have been formally appointed to the board, strengthening the company's leadership. The near-unanimous approval (100% in favour) signals strong shareholder support for these appointments with no governance concerns raised.
