ISF Limited reported audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations at Rs 178.43 lakhs, down from Rs 202.20 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 12%. Total expenses dropped sharply to Rs 179.70 lakhs from Rs 294.15 lakhs, mainly due to lower other expenses. The company narrowed its loss before tax to just Rs 0.88 lakhs versus a Rs 91.82 lakh loss last year, and the loss after tax was almost flat at Rs 0.65 lakhs versus Rs 73.88 lakhs. Q4 alone showed a strong swing to a profit of Rs 18.92 lakhs on revenue of Rs 49.73 lakhs, up from Rs 34.84 lakhs in Q4 FY24. On the balance sheet, total assets fell to Rs 1,705.60 lakhs, cash and equivalents dropped sharply to Rs 3.64 lakhs from Rs 54.99 lakhs, and borrowings were reduced to Rs 340.35 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 137 lakhs versus a Rs 243 lakh outflow last year.
The company remains loss-making at the annual level but has dramatically reduced losses and turned profitable in Q4, with operating cash flow also turning positive, suggesting early signs of recovery; however, falling topline and a sharp drop in cash reserves remain watchpoints for shareholders.
