ISL Consulting Ltd has announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Thursday, September 25, 2025 (both days inclusive). This is for the purpose of the company's 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual means (VC/OAVM). The company has also fixed Friday, September 19, 2025 as the cut-off date to allow shareholders to exercise their voting rights electronically (e-voting) on the resolutions to be placed before the AGM. During the book closure period, no share transfers or transactions will be processed.
Shareholders who want to be eligible to vote at the AGM (either electronically or during the meeting) must hold shares as of the cut-off date of September 19, 2025. No buying or selling of shares will be recorded in the company's books between September 20 and September 25, 2025.
