On July 10, 2026, iStreet Network's board approved conversion of 5 lakh warrants into equal equity shares of Rs 4 face value via circular resolution. Allotment was made on receipt of balance 75 percent exercise price of Rs 4.5 per warrant (issue price Rs 6), totalling Rs 22.5 lakh in cash. Two allottees, Samit Kabra HUF and Mukesh Rathi, each received 2.5 lakh shares on a preferential basis. Paid-up equity capital rose from Rs 28.28 crore to Rs 28.48 crore. Warrants were originally allotted on November 28, 2025.
Small dilution of about 0.7 percent. Remaining 20.75 lakh unconverted warrants may add more equity later, so watch further share dilution.
