iStreet Network Limited's board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Revenue from operations surged to ₹1,322.68 lakhs from ₹603.75 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of about 119%. Including other income of ₹180 lakhs, total income stood at ₹1,502.68 lakhs. The company swung to a profit after tax of ₹246.83 lakhs, compared to a loss of ₹3.33 lakhs in Q1 FY25. EPS for the quarter was ₹1.16 versus negative ₹0.02 earlier. The board also appointed four new directors – two non-executive non-independent (Mr. Padmanabhan Desikachari and Mr. Yash Maheshwari) and two non-executive independent (Mr. Eric Anklesaria and Mr. Satish Goel) – effective 29 July 2025, citing new business opportunities under new leadership. A Share Purchase Agreement is also in progress, under which acquirers will take over 85 lakh shares and control of the company from existing promoters.
The dramatic revenue growth and return to profitability are strong positives for shareholders, though other equity remains negative at around ₹(1,004) lakhs. The overhaul of the board with experienced tech and finance professionals, along with the change in ownership, signals a strategic pivot that could reshape the company's direction going forward.
