This book closure is for the purpose of holding the company's 38th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Friday, 26th September 2025 at 10:30 am via audio-video conferencing. The intimation is made under Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Investors who buy or sell shares during the book closure period (18-26 September 2025) will not be able to transfer shares until the books reopen. Shareholders on the record date as of 17th September 2025 will be eligible to attend and vote at the 38th AGM.
