AI summary

ITC Limited has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting scheduled for Thursday, 30th October 2025, will consider the proposal for voluntary delisting of the company's Ordinary Shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE). This is a follow-up to an earlier communication dated 16th October 2025. The decision is being taken in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. ITC shares continue to remain listed and actively traded on the NSE and BSE, which account for virtually all trading volumes in the stock.

Likely market impact

This delisting is from the minor Calcutta Stock Exchange only and is largely procedural, as CSE has negligible trading activity. Retail investors on NSE and BSE remain unaffected and can continue trading ITC shares as usual with no expected change in price or liquidity.
