ITL Industries has informed BSE that the trading window for its shares will be closed from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of un-audited Q1 FY27 financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. This is as per SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. Promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives cannot trade during this period. PANs of designated persons will be frozen by NSDL for the duration. The board meeting date to approve the results will be announced later.
