J.G. Chemicals Limited has informed the exchanges that its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 2:30 PM IST through video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, August 6, 2025 to Tuesday, August 12, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the AGM. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility has been set as August 5, 2025 — shareholders holding shares as of that date can vote remotely or at the AGM. The Annual Report for FY2024-25 along with audited financial statements will be sent only via email to members.
