The meeting also saw the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Jhunjhunwala as Director (retiring by rotation), ratification of his and Mr. Anuj Jhunjhunwala's re-appointments as Whole-time Directors, continuation of Mr. Suresh Jhunjhunwala as Executive Chairman beyond age 70, appointment of M/s.
