Jammu & Kashmir Bank shared its investor presentation for the Q4 and FY 2024-25 results, reporting a record net profit of ₹2,082 crore, up 17.8% year-on-year. Net Interest Income rose 11.3% to ₹5,794 crore while Net Interest Margin stayed flat at 3.92%. Deposits grew 10.2% to ₹1.49 lakh crore and net advances rose 11.1% to ₹1.04 lakh crore, pushing total business past ₹2.6 lakh crore. Asset quality improved sharply with GNPA falling to 3.37% from 4.08%, while CRAR strengthened to 16.29% from 15.33%. The bank also highlighted a digital milestone with over 90% of transactions now conducted digitally and a CD ratio of 70.13%.
Strong results with record profits, improving asset quality, and healthy capital position are positive for shareholders. The flat NIM and declining CASA ratio are areas investors may watch closely going forward.
