J&K Bank reported its highest ever annual profit of Rs 2363.47 Cr for FY 2025-26, marking a 13% YoY growth from Rs 2082.46 Cr in the previous year. Q4 profit stood at approximately Rs 800 Cr compared to Rs 584.54 Cr in the same period last year. Net advances grew strongly by 18% YoY to Rs 122,641 Cr, while total deposits rose 11.30% to Rs 165,354 Cr. Asset quality improved significantly with Gross NPA declining to 2.5% from 3.37% a year ago, and Provision Coverage Ratio maintained above 90%. The bank took a one-time impairment provision of Rs 179 Cr on its investment in J&K Grameen Bank during H1. Capital adequacy ratio stood at 16.55%.
