Jagatjit Industries has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Total income from operations fell sharply to Rs 10,311 lacs in Q2 FY26 from Rs 16,228 lacs in Q2 FY25, a drop of about 36% year-on-year. The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 2,791 lacs for Q2 FY26, widening from Rs 788 lacs in the same quarter last year. For H1 FY26, the cumulative net loss was Rs 3,781 lacs versus Rs 788 lacs in the comparable prior period. Basic loss per share stood at Rs 5.47 for Q2 and Rs 8.08 for H1, compared to Rs 1.70 in Q2 FY25. Reserves turned negative at Rs (23,770) lacs, indicating erosion of net worth.
Sharply lower revenue, wider losses, and negative reserves point to serious operational and financial stress. This is a negative development for shareholders and could weigh on the stock price, as the company is deepening its losses and burning through equity.
