Jagatjit Industries has published its audited consolidated and standalone results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended 31 March 2026. Total income from operations fell to Rs. 47,585 lacs in FY26 from Rs. 67,034 lacs in FY25, a drop of about 29% year-on-year. Despite weaker revenue, the company swung to a consolidated net profit of Rs. 889 lacs (after tax) for FY26, compared with a loss of Rs. 2,345 lacs in FY25; standalone net profit was Rs. 1,006 lacs versus a prior-year loss of Rs. 2,328 lacs. However, Q4 FY26 remained in the red on both bases, with a consolidated loss of Rs. 1,669 lacs and a standalone loss of Rs. 1,664 lacs. Diluted EPS for the full year recovered to Rs. 2.10 from a loss of Rs. 4.96 per share in FY25.
The full-year turnaround from loss to profit is encouraging for shareholders, but the steep revenue decline and continued quarterly losses signal underlying business pressure. Investors should watch for confirmation that the profitability recovery is sustainable beyond FY26.
