Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has sent a Postal Ballot Notice to shareholders seeking approval for a buyback of up to 16,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹250 per share (face value ₹2), for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹40 crores. The notice was dispatched by email on March 25, 2026, with March 20, 2026 set as the cut-off date to determine eligible voters. The buyback will be carried out through a Special Resolution under the Companies Act, 2013. Remote e-voting, facilitated by NSDL, is open from March 26, 2026 (9:00 AM) to April 24, 2026 (5:00 PM). Mr. Ayush Khandelwal of Ayush Khandelwal & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the process, and results will be declared within two working days after e-voting concludes.
If approved by shareholders, the buyback at ₹250 per share could support the stock price by reducing the share count and returning up to ₹40 crore to eligible shareholders. Investors holding shares as of the March 20, 2026 cut-off date should cast their vote via NSDL's remote e-voting platform before the April 24, 2026 deadline.
