Jai Balaji Industries has shared copies of the newspaper publication of its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025, published in Financial Express, Business Standard, and Ekdin. For the full year FY25, standalone total income from operations stood at ₹6,418.46 crore, down slightly from ₹6,628.87 crore in FY24. Net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹557.88 crore from ₹879.56 crore a year earlier, a decline of about 37%. Basic EPS dropped to ₹6.25 from ₹11.16. For Q4 FY25 alone, total income came in at ₹1,608.23 crore with a net profit of ₹75.48 crore, much lower than ₹272.98 crore in Q4 FY24. Other equity, however, grew to ₹1,942.39 crore from ₹1,340.47 crore. The results were approved by the Board on 12th May 2025.
Despite revenue holding up, the sharp drop in net profit year-on-year may weigh on the stock in the near term, though the rise in other equity suggests accumulated reserves continue to strengthen. Investors should compare the detailed results on the NSE/BSE websites before drawing conclusions on the stock.
