Jai Corp has issued a notice to shareholders about transferring equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) for those whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19 onwards risk having their shares moved to IEPF.
