Jain Irrigation Systems reported consolidated revenue of ₹6,400 crore for FY26, up 10.7% YoY, with EBITDA of ₹809 crore rising 12.8% YoY. The Hi-Tech Agri division drove growth with 20.5% revenue increase and 26.2% EBITDA growth, led by strong 29.3% domestic growth. The company generated operating cash flow of ₹619 crore (76% of EBITDA) and improved its working capital cycle by 15 days YoY to 186 days. Consolidated EBITDA margin expanded from 12.4% to 12.6%, while Hi-Tech margin improved from 17.8% to 18.6%. Standalone debt reduction was noted with all RTL and FITL obligations fully repaid by March 31, 2026. Management flagged below-normal monsoon forecast for 2026 and rising polymer costs as headwinds, while expecting policy continuity and irrigation spending to support demand.
Strong all-round performance with cash generation at 76% of EBITDA and working capital improvement signals operational efficiency gains. Hi-Tech division's robust growth and margin expansion indicate the company's diversification strategy is paying off, though Agro Processing margin pressure remains a concern.
