Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has won a ₹135 crore order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to supply and install 5,438 off-grid DC solar water pumps (3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP) across Maharashtra under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana / PM-KUSUM B Scheme. The work covers design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of the pumps. This is the Phase II allocation, following the successful completion of Phase I in December 2024 where the company installed 4,180 pumps worth ₹103 crore.
