Jain Irrigation Systems reported Q4 FY25 consolidated revenue of ₹17,487 Mn, up 1.3% YoY, with EBITDA at ₹2,236 Mn (up 3% YoY) and margin expanding 20 bps to 12.8%. For the full year FY25, consolidated revenue declined 6% YoY to ₹57,793 Mn, and EBITDA fell 8.9% to ₹7,168 Mn with margin contracting 40 bps to 12.4%. The Hi-Tech Agri segment was the standout, posting 16.8% Q4 revenue growth and 11.8% FY EBITDA growth with margins expanding 260 bps to 18.8%, while the Plastic segment continued to struggle with FY25 revenue down 17.5% and EBITDA down 22.7%. The company disclosed a consolidated order book of ₹18,565 Mn (₹9,993 Mn in India) and reduced total debt by ₹1,805 Mn to ₹35,915 Mn, supported by improved operating cash flow.
Mixed results: Hi-Tech Agri strength and Q4 sequential recovery are positives, but full-year revenue/EBITDA contraction and weak plastic performance are concerns. Debt reduction, healthy order book, and management's focus on deleveraging and core businesses provide some cushion, though stock reaction depends on retail demand revival and government infrastructure spending execution.
