Jaiprakash Power issues corrigendum to AGM notice for unit error

Company has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 31st AGM (scheduled for 30th July 2026 at 11:30 AM via video conferencing), correcting an inadvertent error on pages 16-17 where the measurement unit was wrongly mentioned as Rs. in Lakhs and should be read as Rs. in Crores in certain director remuneration tables. A revised annual report has been uploaded. The AGM agenda includes adoption of FY26 financials, ratification of cost auditors (Rs 2 lakh), appointment of 6 directors including 3 independents, and commission proposals to former and current non-executive directors including up to Rs 4 crore to ex-Chairman Manoj Gaur.
Procedural correction only; no change in actual remuneration figures. Shareholders should read figures in crores as per the corrigendum.
