Promoter Mr. Balkrishna Namdeo Salunkhe received 4,55,098 equity shares (2.04 percent of paid-up capital) as gift from his brother Mr. Rajendra Namdeo Salunkhe on June 9, 2026. This is an inter-se transfer among immediate relatives (brothers), exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI Takeover Rules with no open offer triggered.
