Mr. Balkrishna Namdeo Salunkhe, an immediate relative and member of the promoter group, is acquiring 4,55,098 equity shares (2.04% of total share capital) from Mr. Rajendra Namdeo Salunkhe through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transaction is scheduled on or after May 29, 2026. No consideration is involved as the transfer is pursuant to an Affidavit of Gift. The transaction qualifies for exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Post-transaction, Balkrishna's holding will increase from 4,57,098 shares (2.05%) to 9,12,196 shares (4.10%), while Rajendra's holding will become nil.
