Jash Engineering's board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY25. Standalone revenue from operations grew ~37% YoY to Rs. 47,473.98 lakhs, with profit after tax rising ~38% to Rs. 6,906.84 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs. 11.05 (vs Rs. 6.31 in FY24). Consolidated revenue grew ~43% to Rs. 73,518.76 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 8,676.94 lakhs. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. It also authorised the compensation committee to amend the 2019 ESOP scheme and appointed M/s Mahesh C. Solanki & Co. as the new internal auditor for FY26, replacing the previous firm. The statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued an unqualified opinion on the results.
Strong topline and bottomline growth in FY25 along with a healthy dividend payout is a positive signal for shareholders, likely to support sentiment. The routine internal auditor change and ESOP amendments are administrative and unlikely to move the stock materially on their own.
