The corrigendum discloses the ultimate beneficial owners of the allottee Spazio Formulations Limited and reclassifies its category from "Public" to "Promoter Group" under Agenda Item No. 2, which relates to the preferential issue of 81,55,000 convertible warrants to 55 proposed allottees (both Promoter Group and non-Promoter). The largest allottee is Magestic Capital Finance Advisory Pvt Ltd at 11,00,000 warrants (~8.77% post-issue). If approved, the company's total share count will rise from 43,87,100 to 1,25,42,100, promoter holding will fall from 72.56% to 31.76%, and public holding will rise from 27.44% to 68.24%.
