Seema Sharad Poddar, a Person Acting in Concert (PAC) with the promoter group of Jattashankar Industries Ltd, sold 1,06,900 equity shares (2.44% of share capital) via an off-market sale to Tarunkumar Gunvantlal Patel at Rs.60 per share on July 22, 2025.
