Intimation for Re-appointment of Mr. Shewale Saurabh Jibhau having DIN 08699886 as Independent Director

At the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2025, shareholders of Jauss Polymers approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shewale Saurabh Jibhau (DIN 08699886) as an Independent Director, also designated as Non-Executive Chairman, for a second 5-year term running from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2030. He is a mechanical engineer with experience in digital manufacturing and smart technology, is not related to any other director, and is not debarred by SEBI from holding directorship. In a second item, the company appointed M/s Lalit Sharma & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the new Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2025-26 through FY 2029-30, effective from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the 41st AGM.
