Intimation for Re-appointment of Mr. Shewale Saurabh Jibhau having DIN 08699886 as independent Director

At the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2025, shareholders of Jauss Polymers approved two items. First, Mr. Shewale Saurabh Jibhau (DIN 08699886) was re-appointed as an Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman for a second 5-year term, from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2030. He holds a Mechanical Engineering background with experience in digital manufacturing and smart technology. Second, M/s Lalit Sharma & Associates, Company Secretaries (based in Greater Noida), was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for 5 consecutive financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Both appointments are compliant with SEBI Listing Regulations.
