Jauss Polymers appoints Ms Sneha Jaiswal as Company Secretary

Jauss Polymers Limited has appointed Ms Sneha Jaiswal (ACS, Membership No. A68245) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from July 24, 2026. The Board approved the appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms Jaiswal has over seven years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate law, regulatory compliance, accounts, taxation, and corporate governance. She has handled board and general meeting compliances, ROC and MCA filings, FEMA and RBI compliances, secretarial audits, and statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
