The e-voting window will be open from 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2025 to 5:00 PM on Monday, September 29, 2025. Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialized form as on the cut-off date may cast their votes electronically. The intimation is made under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulation 42.
No trading in shares will be recorded in the company’s books during the closure period from September 24 to September 30, 2025. Shareholders who want to participate in e-voting at the AGM must ensure they hold shares by the cut-off date of September 23, 2025.
