Jay Bharat Maruti Limited reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 2,55,099.24 lakhs (up 11.4% from Rs. 2,29,012.43 lakhs). Standalone PAT surged to Rs. 13,786.26 lakhs from Rs. 3,179.61 lakhs in FY25, driven partly by a deferred tax reversal of Rs. 3,679.02 lakhs due to opting for concessional tax regime (25.17% vs 34.94%). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (35% on Rs. 2 face value). An enabling resolution was passed for issuance of securities up to Rs. 750 crores. The company also announced voluntary delisting from Calcutta Stock Exchange while retaining NSE and BSE listings. AGM is scheduled for August 25, 2026 (record date: August 18, 2026).
The company delivered robust profit growth with PAT more than quadrupling year-on-year, driven by operational improvement and tax benefits. The clean audit opinion, dividend declaration, and planned capital raise signal confidence in future growth prospects, which could be positive for the stock.
