Mr. Harish Kumar Sachdeva, part of the promoter group, has transferred 2,758 equity shares of Jay Ushin Limited to Ms. Smita Minda (also part of the promoter group) by way of a gift. This is an inter-se transfer between promoter family members, reported under SEBI insider trading regulations.
