Jay Ushin Limited has submitted to BSE the copy of the newspaper advertisement publishing its Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The results were approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2025 and published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on August 14, 2025. Key numbers from the published results: Total Income from Operations stood at Rs. 21,413.29 lakhs, slightly lower than Rs. 22,889.84 lakhs in the previous quarter but higher than Rs. 19,576.79 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net Profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 457.90 lakhs in Q1 FY26, up from Rs. 259.10 lakhs in Q1 FY25 — a year-on-year growth of nearly 77%. Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was Rs. 455.12 lakhs versus Rs. 254.98 lakhs a year ago. EPS (Basic and Diluted) came in at Rs. 11.85 compared to Rs. 6.70 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, aided by a change in face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 per share. For the full FY25, the company reported Total Income of Rs. 85,519.91 lakhs and Net Profit after tax of Rs. 1,225.82 lakhs.
Strong year-on-year profit growth in Q1 FY26 (net profit up ~77%) is a positive signal for shareholders, though sequential revenue dipped slightly. The stock split (face value reduced from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1) also improves retail affordability and liquidity of the stock.
