Jayatma Enterprises Ltd has appointed M/S Shivam Soni & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 152477W), Ahmedabad, as its new Statutory Auditor with effect from 13th June 2025. The appointment is for FY 2025-26 and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, with a proposed 5-year term extending up to the AGM in 2030. The new auditor is being brought in to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. VKJD & Associates.
