The Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Swarup as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective after the 80th AGM. Mr. Vikram Swarup (77 years), Chairman & Managing Director of Paharpur Cooling Towers, has been on the board since February 2021 and is a mechanical engineer from Jadavpur University. Additionally, Mr. Vikash Kandoi (48 years) was re-appointed as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director for three years effective 1st April 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kandoi, a Chartered Accountant with an IIM Hyderabad degree, holds 1,126 shares and has been on the board since July 2009. Both directors confirmed they have not been debarred from holding office by any SEBI order.
