The Board of Directors approved voluntary delisting of the company's ordinary shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE), pursuant to SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. The shares will continue to remain listed on NSE and BSE, providing nationwide trading facilities. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2025 with an unmodified auditor's opinion. Additionally, the board recommended re-appointment of the Independent Director and Whole-Time Director, along with revision in maximum managerial remuneration limits, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM.
This CSE delisting is an administrative consolidation since trading continues on NSE and BSE. Existing shareholders will not be affected and can continue trading on the two national exchanges. The delisting removes only regional exchange access.
