The Board of Directors of Jaysynth Orgochem approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose 15.9% year-on-year to ₹5,777.17 lakhs, helped by a new contribution from the Inkjet Printers segment of ₹843.34 lakhs. However, standalone profit after tax fell 27.2% YoY to ₹185.94 lakhs, with profit before tax margin compressing from 7.05% to 4.63% on higher material and operating costs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew 17.2% to ₹5,900.84 lakhs but PAT dropped about 40% to ₹171.80 lakhs, partly because European subsidiary Jaysynth (Europe) Ltd reported a small loss. The board also appointed M/s. KDA & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30), approved the Board's Report for FY25, fixed 19 September 2025 as the date for the 51st AGM, and named the same firm as Scrutinizer. Statutory auditor AHJ & Associates issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
A mixed quarter for shareholders — healthy topline growth, especially from the newly added Inkjet Printers segment, but profitability has clearly softened on both standalone and consolidated bases. Watch whether the new segment sustains growth and whether margin pressure eases in coming quarters.
