JBM Auto Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in Business Standard (Hindi and English editions) on 20th May 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The notice informs equity shareholders that shares linked to unclaimed dividends from financial year 2017-18 will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, in line with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Individual notices have already been sent to concerned shareholders at their registered addresses, and full details are also available on the company's website (www.jbmgroup.com). Shareholders have until 4 October 2025 to claim their unclaimed dividends by submitting prescribed forms to the Registrar, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited. After this deadline, shares held in physical form will get new certificates issued in IEPF's name, while demat shares will be debited and transferred to IEPF's account automatically.
This is a routine compliance disclosure and does not affect the company's financials or operations. Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends since 2017-18 should act before 4 October 2025 to avoid losing their shares to the IEPF Authority, after which recovery becomes more cumbersome.
