JBM subsidiary JBM Electric Vehicles signed an MoU with Drivn to supply 500 electric luxury buses. Deployment in phases over the next year, starting with luxury intercity coaches. The deal includes long-term financing, maintenance, and charging infrastructure, letting fleet operators shift to electric without heavy upfront costs. Both will also explore school, employee, and airport transit segments. India e-bus registrations grew 40% in H1 CY2026. JBM has deployed over 3,500 e-buses and targets 5,000 plus within a year.
