The board of Jeena Sikho Lifecare, which met on 27-Aug-2025, has fixed 22-Sep-2025 as the record date for a final dividend of ₹1.10 per equity share (face value ₹2) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the 8th AGM on 29-Sep-2025.
