Jet Freight Logistics filed its Q4 & FY2025 investor presentation. FY25 standalone revenue grew 12.6% YoY to INR 4,377.5 Mn, with EBITDA up 98.3% to INR 152.9 Mn and net profit surging 1,310% to INR 37.3 Mn. EBITDA margin improved from 2.0% to 3.5% (+151 bps YoY). Management guided for a 40% earnings CAGR and 10–15% volume CAGR over the next 3–5 years. The company also announced becoming India's launch customer for the Airbus A330 P2F widebody cargo aircraft under a virtual airline model, in partnership with EFW, Seclink Group, and Confity Capital Partners. However, volumes fell YoY across categories (air freight tons down to 23,157 from 24,834; ocean TEU down to 3,910 from 6,803), and Q4 standalone net profit dropped sharply to INR 1.7 Mn from INR 15.6 Mn in Q3.
The presentation highlights improving margins and ambitious multi-year growth targets, including a major cargo aircraft deal, which could support sentiment. However, the YoY volume contraction across segments and sharp sequential Q4 profit decline temper near-term optimism, so investors should watch execution on the A330 P2F plan and volume recovery.
