Jet Freight Logistics reported annual standalone revenue of Rs. 44,410 Lakhs for FY26, a marginal 1.7% increase from Rs. 43,664 Lakhs in FY25. However, profit after tax surged 82.6% to Rs. 680 Lakhs from Rs. 373 Lakhs, driven by a significant jump in other income (Rs. 393 vs Rs. 111 Lakhs) and lower operational expenses. EPS improved from Rs. 0.80 to Rs. 1.47. The company also replaced its statutory auditor Ajay Shobha & Co with M/s Daya & Associates as internal auditors for FY27. Consolidated PAT stood at Rs. 681 Lakhs. Despite profit growth, operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. 814 Lakhs, with substantial bad debt write-offs of Rs. 663 Lakhs recorded.
Strong profit growth with near-doubling of PAT is positive for shareholders, though the thin revenue growth raises concerns about topline sustainability. The negative operating cash flow despite higher profits warrants caution and may indicate aggressive revenue recognition or working capital stress.
