Jetking Infotrain's board, at its meeting on August 12, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. AVS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for a first term of 5 years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-2030), subject to shareholder approval at the 41st AGM on September 29, 2025.
