The only resolution to be passed through this postal ballot is the re-appointment of Mr. Harsh Bharwani (DIN: 02020253) as Managing Director & CEO of the company, which requires a Special Resolution. E-voting will be open from 9:00 AM on June 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026, with the cut-off date set as May 25, 2026 and results to be declared on July 2, 2026. Mr. Mitesh Shah (FCS 9926) of M/s Mitesh Shah & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the process.
