Jetking Infotrain Ltd announced the results of its postal ballot concluded on August 20, 2025. Two special resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority: (1) re-appointment of Mr. Avinash Suresh Bharwani as Chairman & Whole-Time Director, approved with 99.99% votes in favour (32,49,327 votes for vs only 5 against); and (2) approval for issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis, also passed with 99.99% votes in favour (32,49,327 for vs 253 against). Out of 63,03,656 total outstanding shares, 51.55% participated in voting. The promoter group (holding 30,10,603 shares, about 47.8% stake) voted 100% in favour of both resolutions. The re-appointment of the existing Chairman & Whole-Time Director provides continuity in leadership.
