Enclosed herewith are the details of the reappointment of the Tax Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.

Jigar Cables Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 21, 2026, approved the re-appointment of four key auditors for FY 2026-27: (1) Mr. Piyush Jethva as Secretarial Auditor — a peer-reviewed Practicing Company Secretary with over two decades of experience; (2) Adv. Adarsh Gohel (Gohel & Associates) as Internal Auditor — a legal and tax consultancy firm; (3) M/s. Rushabh R Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as Tax Auditors — a Rajkot-based firm with 20+ years of experience and a 30+ professional team; and (4) M/s. Sagar M. Kapadiya & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditor — a firm headed by CMA Sagar M. Kapadiya. All appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The Board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
